Bulls has always been know as the sign of strength ,vitality and vigour .I grew up on a farm with a guard bull . Scary and fun memories of hide and seek . Some times , things that you are scared of, are also the things you are attracted to-the morbid attraction. That is the story with the Bull drawings .

I identify with the bull for its testosterone fuelled energy and the rawness.charcoal is the perfect medium for bull drawings.

The strokes are rough and full of energy similar to the bulls nature.I aim to make a life sized bull drawing in charcoal.Ofcourse shipping it and framing it will be a logistical challenge.

A common misconception widely repeated in depictions of bull behavior is that the color red angers bulls, inciting them to charge. In fact, like most mammals, cattle are red green Color blind.In bullfighting, it is the movement of the matadors cape, and not the color, which provokes a reaction in the bull.
